Independently owned, Family Practice Associates of Chesterfield is conveniently located on the campus of St Francis Medical Center in Midlothian Virginia. The providers and staff of Family Practice Associates are here to meet the needs of our patients during all stages of life with convenient appointments, telemed visits and extended office hours. Our facility has on-site laboratory and x-ray services for your convenience. We strive to be your healthcare partner for life. Family Practice Associates is open six (6) days a week with extended hours along with an on-site laboratory and x-ray services for your convenience.
Extended Hours
- Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 7:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm
- We are available afterhours for emergent advice through the DOCTORS EXCHANGE (804-257-5169). Some of our providers offer telemed visits when appropriate.

Your time is valuable. We are open six days a week including evenings and weekends with flexible
scheduling options to accommodate your needs. Same or next day appointments are available for
acute illnesses.
On-Site Laboratory & Radiology Services
For your convenience, Family Practice Associates provides our patients with access to on site lab and radiology services during their visit. This access during the visit eliminates the need for a referral to one of the area draw stations or to another facility for an X-Ray.
- Tests unavailable in house can be drawn and sent out to Labcorp.
- X-Rays are read immediately by our experienced providers and then sent out for review by a board certified Radiologist.
