Patricia Lavinus is a Nationally Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with Autonomous Practice. She has over 37 years of experience as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner in multiple disciplines including Medical  Surgical, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, Infusion Specialty, Educator in BLS, PALs, and ACLS and Clinician within Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Room. She received her Nurse Practitioner and MSN from Old Dominion University to include induction into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi in 2010. Since receiving her Family Nurse Practitioner, she has taken pride in providing care to all her patients within the family practice setting. The Cornerstone of her care is based upon an informed co-decision-making care model that focuses on Individualized Care, Education and Health Management.

Her extensive experience in healthcare affords her an educated and unique perspective into the needs and concerns of her patients of all ages. As a wife, mother of three, grandmother of four and GGMa of three, she is well prepared to address the healthcare needs of multiple generations and the unique challenges that they present in today’s ever-changing environment.
